What CAD program are you using to create your geometry file ? Are you using the CAD import module ?

Hi everybody,
Kindly I need help in the CAD import problem, I have to simulate complex neonate (new born) body with more than 100,000 element, I Know this is too big for the initial setting,but this is the aim of the work to simulate the external neonatal structure with all internal organs inside, every time comsol fails to import, in spite the file in stl and also i converted to iges format, how can I solve this.
appreciate any assistance
