How can I define PML(perfectly matched layer) in COMSOL script 1.2?

Hello.
I use both COMSOL multiphycis and script. I have to define PML at certain subdomains. I've found all the rf module manuals and script manuals, but I couldn't find any thing.
How can I do this?
