User Defined Constraint Type in Weak Form Boundary Application Mode

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi everyone,

I am trying to calculate the surface charge density at an interface using the weak form boundary application mode where rho_p is the dependent variable. As I am trying to calculate the positive charge density, the value cannot go negative (rho >= 0). Can I enforce this constraint using the constraint type "user defined" and if so, how would you do this? Or is there an easier way to do this? I have looked for information on the user defined constraint type but have not found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
George
