error in geometry drawing

Hi,
I use Matlab for my simulations and now I discovered what is causing errors. I attached my m-file and comsol file (at least when I start it then I cannot see all elements, I have to click on electrostatics or some other menus to see everything).
In my simulation I draw many small cylindrical elements. As long I draw them horizontally or vertical everything works fine, but if I want to draw the element with 45 degree angle then I get error. I don't understand the reason. Have somebody had similar issue?
