What I want to do is: (comsol 4.1)
I want to stop the solving at time 695s, and then take the solutions at 695s as initial conditions for next computation.
My way is:
1. add a stop condition. The stop expression is 695-t
2. when the solving stop at 695s, right click Solver to generate a Copy. In the Dependent Variables setting interface, do modification as follows:
Initial values of variables solved for
Method: Solution
Solution: Copy
Time: 695
Values of variables not solved for
Method: Solution
Solution: Copy
Time: 695
3. modify boundary condition. Replace the T0 in “T0-B*t” as the temperature at 695s
4. modify computation time, range(695, 5, 720)
5. Compute
Are the operation above right?
PS: the operation above seems unmeaning, but I really want to do it
