Problem using "changing" and "from solution" initial value

Hi,

here is the problem I want to solve using COMSOL. I have a 1D segment divided into 3 parts and I try to modelize the concentration profile of two components as a function of time. At the beginning of my experiement, I don't want any flux throught the segment on the right. Then, I calculate the profile after a certain time. Then I want to use this concentration profile as initial condition for two of the three segments and I want to allow now the flux throught the third segment. Moreover, I would like to impose as initial concentration for the third segment a constant value that is different from the one in the first calculation. But for now, I did not find how to do it
Does someone has any idea to solve this problem ?

Thanks a lot
