Inquiry for the Integration Coupling Variables

When going through the COMSOL model library documents, I find something very confused. In the page 501of memsmodlib.pdf, why the integration of admittance of resonator times 0.5mm, which is the width of electrode. To my own understanding, if the integration is carried on along the line of electrode, then the formula should be "1.7[mm]*nJs_smppn/1[V]", where the 1.7mm indicates the thickness of the electrode. This might be just like the formula provided below, which indicates the thickness of substrate as well.

And I think the problem might be derived from my understanding towards the "nJs_smppn" and "nIav_smppn". Hope you could answer me about this question. Thanks a lot!

Best regards.
