Convergence problem induced by the fracture

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

hello everyone, I have a convergence problem about the fracture.

My case is a polycrystalline 2D particle. I have two physics, solid mechanics and Transport of Diluted Species. The change of concentration will induce thermal strain in the solid mechanics and further induce the fractures at the grain boudaries.

The error message is here. Repeated error test failures. May have reached a singularity. Time: 340.2004976269526 s. Last time step is not converged.

Pictures are attached. The first one is the last step and the second one is the non-converge result.

Could anybody give me any hints? Many thanks!
