Error message: "Geometry number out of range. Error in multiphysics compilation."

I get the following error message:

"Geometry number out of range.
Error in multiphysics compilation."

It appears in the compile equations node. I've searched the documentation and online but cannot find any in-depth explanation to the error message. Does anyone know what the underlying problem is? The error appears when including a deformed mesh in the solver sequence. (But not at the Compile equations node associated with the deformed mesh)

Wiktor
