Simulation of ring rotation in xy space in liquid

Hello,

I need a help in simulation of constant angular velocity rotation of a ring within 2 dimensional application in fluid dynamics. Construting a ring composed of 4 joined parts with deposited velocity by formula on it, the program does not accepted such solution and requires to make a small gap in the ring. After introducing a small gap program works ok, but makes problems with evaluation of pressure in liquid, especially close to the gap. The velocity is set by interior wall. If anybody can help to resolve this issue I wiil be thankful.
