TIME-DEPENDENT COMPUTING in V4.1 of Distributed SPICE Model of Bipolar Transistor

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all.

I download from the model gallery of comsol.com example "Distributed SPICE Model of Bipolar Transistor" ( Model ID: 446 bipolar_transistor.mph V4.1).

Help me, how I can compute collector currents as a function of time when the base is ramped.
For V3.5 i found file "bipolar_transistor_sbs.pdf" with comments on page 14, but i have V4.1.
How to make too most in V4.1

Thanks
