Particle tracing

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi!
I'm trying to model a microfluidic chip with solid cylindrical micro-posts. My aim is to see the path of the particle and its collisions with the micro-posts such that the particles are attached to the micropost. I've used the particle tracing module. The condition I put for the micro-post walls is 'stick'. While viewing the results, I applied the particle tracing with lines to see the actual path of the particles. The particles seem to be passing inside the microposts i,e not treating the micro-posts as solid bodies.
Can someone explain why this is happening?
Also, alternate methods and suggestions would be of utmost help!
Thanks!
