problem with "zoom in" to see a very small structure

Hello,
I was using the similar model as a " Copper Deposition in a Trench" in model gallery, just different in dimensions.
I need the distance between Anode and Cathode to be 65 mm, and depth of the trench to be 105 nm.
Since the difference in those two parameters, I could not use "zoom in" to see the deposited layer inside the trench.
Do there has any way to see what's happening inside that small part since the dimension of it is extremely smaller that the bulk.
Thank you very much for your help,
Thongchai
