Meshing Error

I am trying to mesh a geometry with 2 concentric cylinders present in a air flow passage for thermal study. While meshing.. i am getting the following error "intersecting face elements" for the inner and outer cylinder faces.. I have included the faces of the outer cylinder in boundary layers selection.
Kindly suggest.

I get the same error but ,the geometry I have is different.I am also trying to solve that problem. What is the distance between the inner and outer cylinder faces?
