Correction of 1D plot group in comsol

I want to ask if it is possible to edit the plot of ID plot group in comsol?I carried out simulation of plot of dye sensitized solar cells and make 1D plot group of mediator concentration. I expect to have a smooth curve all through but had a flat line at the end of curve. I want to know what is responsible for this?Attached is the file.Thanks in anticipation
