Mass Flux Distribution Using Cut Plane Surface Integration

I am modeling the flow of ethylene glycol over and around a thin gap with channels on either side of it. I am attempting to determine the distribution of mass flux over a complex geometry using the CFD module and laminar flow module. I created a cut plane across the geometry and computed a surface integration to determine the mass flux distribution across the geometry using "spf.rhow". In order to check this calculation, I integrated at both the inlet and the outlet and found that the mass flux was equal to the flow rate. My issue became when I tried to evaluate the integral inbetween. The mass flowrate decreased by 3 orders of magnitude. Can someone help me on this? Additionally, is there a way to divide the geometry to determine the distribution? e.g. 80% of the mass was flowing in the outside channels while 20% was flowing through the middle.
