Problem in finding carrier current densities in Pn Junction forward and reverse bias

Can anyone help me how can I find out the carrier current densities for forward and reverse bias condition in PN junction diode in Semiconductor module(semi). I've find out a plot which is full of oscillations, it didn't give the actual result.
