COMSOL Semiconductor Photodiode Bandwidth Measurement?

Is there a simple way to conduct a bandwidth measurement for a photodiode in the COMSOL semiconductor module? The Frequency Domain study doesn't support the semiconductor module, and the Frequency-stationary/transient studies seem to only allow you to sweep the frequency of the input light. Adding time depedence to the electric field of the port which excites the photodiode would make sense, but I have't found a viable way to do that. Any help is appreciated. BTW, I'm using the gaas_pin_photodiode example provided in the Application Library under the Semiconductor Module.
