membranes coupled with air

I am trying to model the coupled modes of a musical drum with two heads. I need a membrane under tension at either end of a cylindrical shell of air. I can do it with solid shells at either end of the cylinder, but I can't figure out how to do it with membranes. I can make a single membrane, but can't get it to couple with the air. My goal is to do an eigenfrequency analysis showing the membrane and air modes. Any ideas?
