Please help with FSI

Hi, I am having troubles with FSI. I have posted here before, but I still do not understand how to solve my problem, or even if comsol is capable of solving it. Danial said that "comsol can not handle FSI cases in which you have a change in geometry (domains passing each other). So, usually fluid already encapsulates the structure and the fluid domain is a moving mesh (ALE)." But that is the problem I am facing, a structure that is not inside a fluid domain originally, and fluid comes out of the channel with some velocity and then comes in contact with the structure. Do you know if comsol is capable of solving this? Please let me know if have any idea.

In the file attached I have the channel right above the solid structure. The fluid comes out from the channel and comes in contact with the structure.

I also got this error trying to solve it.
Error: 7142
Internal error in stationary solver.

I would really appreciate any input.

Thank you very much.
