Simulation of thin film formed by two jets

I am trying to simulate the formation of thin film formed by impinging two jets head on. I am using Momentum Transport >> Multiphase >> Laminar flow, Level Set Method. Fluid 1 is water and Fluid 2 is air. After initialization of phi, when I try to run the simulation , it gives an error saying "calculation failed. calculating square root of negative number". I am attaching the file, kindly point out the error.
