About using material library..

Hello.
I'm using COMSOL RF module and I gonna use material library at 'subdomain setting >physics > Library material'.
Using this library, I'm wondering whether I'm using this correctly. Here, I have some questions..

1. If I click 'Load' and search, say, silver, there are no specified values in physical quantities, for example, epsilonrtensor3D, etc. Is it normal thing?

2. Anyway if I choose silver and click OK, then section of 'Specified material properties in terms of er ur sigma' changes. But only conductivity changes, not permittivity and permeability. permittivity and permeability remain 1.
I don't know why this happens.

3.If I choose 'silicon' at library materail, NOTHING changes;'Specified material properties in terms of er ur sigma' and so the simulation result when using air neither.

*I'm using ver.3.4
