The Two-Term Boltzmann Equation

This model solves the two-term Boltzmann equation for an oxygen plasma. The solution gives the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) which then allows for self-consistent calculation of inelastic collision rate coefficients and electron transport properties. The equation is nonlocal in energy space and thus requires coupling variables.
