Interaction between matlab and comsol

I m building a segregated program that use RF and structural module
Is it possible the modify the result given by the RF module (Group1) in matlab before it is used by the structural module (group2) and how it can be done

Hi
from my undestanding, this can only be done if you are controlling COMSOL fully from Matlab, then everything is possible (the old FEMLAB way of doing things).
I would start to read the mlinterface.pdf document, start with some of the simpler cases
