- First of all, your equation has errors in the variable names.  For z-directed power, you would need to integrate emw.Ex * emw.Hy -emw.Ey * emw.Hx. But assuming you are working in the frequency domain, what you really need to integrate is 0.5 * real(emw.Ex * conj(emw.Hy) -emw.Ey * conj(emw.Hx)).
- BUT there is no need for you to do this anyway!  Instead, just integrate the value of the Poynting vector in the z-direction.  And Comsol provides that quantity for you.  Specifically, integrate emw.Poavz over the cross-sectional area (in the xy plane) through which the power flows.

I will try using this idea. Actually i did not know about that integrate emw.Poavz and integrate0.5 * real(emw.Ex * conj(emw.Hy) -emw.Ey * conj(emw.Hx)) is same.
