Pointwise Constraint - Hollow Fiber Membrane Contactor

Hello! I'm fairly new to COMSOL and would like to make a simple modelling that happens in Membrane Contactor using Hollow Fiber Membrane (for ammonia removal).

I figured out pointwise constraint may help with the modelling, however I am still confused about it's purpose and how to modify it.

So, for the modelling I would like to make the lumen side's ammonia concentration decreased and shell side's ammonia concentration increased (as it passed through the HF membrane). They will be modelled with a co-current flow with shell side's ammonia inlet concentration zero.

Is it possible to use pointwise constraint in the walls of membrane ? or is there any better option ?

Thank you!!
