What does the c in chcs.c_wH2 mean?

I know chcs refers to the transport of concentrated species module and wH2 is referring to a set parameter but, what does the c_ mean?

have you tried to enable the "equation view" and checked what COMSOL says for the variable description ?

I did but, I looked where the variable was used and not where it originated. Now I've found it, molar concentration.
