I am using the tutorial from comsol and modifying it for my application where a piezo will be interfaced with water. please see attached. I added eigenfrequency study to this model as I want to compare if the piezo response is in accordance to the resonant frequency calculations (f=velocity of sound in piezo/2*thickness). The resonant modes listed as the eigen frequency however do not match with this calculation and are all complex values. Please help. Am i doing something wrong?
Thanks,
Megha
