Inverse approximation of young modulus and poisson's ratio

I just started recently using COMSOL and I am trying to approximate the values for young modulus and poisson's ratio from experimental data (displacement, and force) for a 3D model. For now, I am just trying to approximate the mechanical properties on the linear isotropic regime. I got my data from a tensile test; therefore, I have the displacement at some points on the surface and the force applied on the model.
Thanks,
Juan
