regarding Heat source for silicon (single-crystal)

i am trying to find the displacement of silicon diaphram(square shape) w.r.t. temperature. plz. tell me the right heat source information regarding the same. If full procedure is available, kindly send the same.

Hi

it depends on how you heat your memebrane, or if its a simple scan over different uniform temperatures, in the latter case use a domain temperature and a continuation stationary sweep, if not add some source and loss mechanism to mimic the "true" situation, this will probably give you also temperature gradients, which might be correct, depends on your model
