Extract Data from a Solution

Hi guys,

I hope you are doing well.

I am new to the software and would like to extract the data from a EFM simulation at specific points. My aim is to get all the values covering a line (please see image attached) that is at - 45 degrees from the horizontal axis. Likewise I would like to know the distance for each point having the origin at the maximum electric field.
