Space charge density in time inside a LDPE foil under strong el. field

Hello, I am trying for some time to create a time-dependant model of space charge accumulation in dielectric material under HVDC stress. The reason for this model is to compare it to the results of space charge accumulation gained by measurements via PEA method. Simply put, the known imput is the Electric potential (most of the time calculated with the thickness of the sample to get 50 kV/mm), parameters of the dielectric material, and the output is desited to be in C/m^3 for specific times (15s, 60s, 600s,....). I am sorry if my question seem to be too much trivial, but I never worked in Comsol before and I am not able to simulate it. Some sources indicated to use electrostatics with charged particle tracing module, others electrostatics with transport of dilluted species. Can someone please point me in the right direction and reveal to me the correct combination of physics and multiphysics to make this simulation?
