Integral of a distance field over domain as boundary condition

I'm dealing with a Laplace problem on a domain with a Dirichlet boundary condition. And the boundary value is given by , where is the distance between the points and ( may be a subset of ). Any hints on the solution? Thanks.

You may need to employ the "dest" operator. Look it up in COMSOL's help system.
