Keynote: Transport Processes in Microfluidics and Photonics

Durée: 24:08

In his keynote talk at the COMSOL Conference 2016 Boston, Carl Meinhart from the University of California - Santa Barbara and Numerical Design, Inc. discusses using COMSOL Multiphysics® to evaluate transport processes in microfluidics and photonics. He demonstrates two examples: a high-frequency acoustics problem and the design of a microfluidic valve.

Dr. Carl Meinhart teaches mechanical engineering at the University of California - Santa Barbara, where his primary area of focus is the development of microfluidic devices. He is also the founder and CEO of Numerical Design, Inc.
