Why arrow surface in cut plane is so different from volume arrow in 3d multislice?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello, I have a question about "arrow surface in cut plane".

Isn't arrow surface in cut plane( In my case, I chose yz plane of cylinder) equal arrow volume in multislice, yz plane? I asked this because In 3d simulation, volume arrows in yz plane observed like they are going down, but in 2d plot, they aren't going down!

I think arrow volume in 3d multislice plot (only at yz plane) and surface arrow in yz plane(2d plot) should be same.

Can you tell me why they are different?

Thank you in advance. Yunseo
