Projection Coupling with polar coordinates

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello Comsol Communtiy,
I use the projection Coupling coordinate with polar coordinates. Here I want to sum over the R component in dependence of the angle in a half circle. So the y component is R=sqrt(x^2+y^2) and the x Component is the angle theta=atan2(x,y). However, the result is quite inhomogeneous. It does get better with a higher mesh resolution, but even with the highest one it is still not sufficient. Does anyone have an idea how to get a better result? I attached an example file. Thanks alexander
