Different Results between Comsol 4.1 and Comsol 4.2

Hello,

We recently updated to Comsol 4.2 from Comsol 4.1. I can run the exact same model in 4.1 and in 4.2 it gives different results. I am modeling cylindrical magnet arrays using the AC/DC Magnetic Fields No currents module. The geometries are imported from SolidWorks using livelink. I am solving for a specific parameter using the output values for magnetic field and magnetic flux:

mfnc.Hx
mfnc.Hy
mfnc.Hz

mfnc.Brx
mfnc.Bry
mfnc.Brz

Any ideas what might have changed in the versions to cause this change in results?
