Tumor- boundary condition

Hi, I wanna simulate and analyze a tumor in COMSOL. I am a little confused about the boundary condition and some other aspects. Is there anyone can help me?

My advice: I wouldn't apply any specific boundary conditions to a tumor (except the default continuity ones, which the code does automatically). I would apply the physical (volume, not surface) properties to the tumor, and then model the tumor within a larger problem space (presumably the tissue containing the tumor).
