An unexpected error occurred while opening comsol

Help! Help! Help! Yesterday, I used Comsol normally, but today I can not open it anymore. The detail error is given as follows. The solution to rename/remove the vXX folder located at C:\Users\%USERNAME%.comsol\vXX is also useless! Someone can help me?
