using symmetry with Distributed ODEs and DAEs

Hi everybody,

when trying to use symmetry properties in my model I encountered problems. I adopted a model in analogy to the example in the model library "viscoplastic_solder_joints.mph that uses Distributed ODEs and DAEs. It its easy to apply symmetry in the Thermal stress node but I did not arrive at a solution for the Distributed ODEs and DAEs node.

Does anyone have experience on this? Thanks.
