How to model the radiative heat source on a mirror

Hi I am trying to study the temperature distribution of a mirror that is exposed to the intense laser radiations. The incident laser flux on the mirror is about 10 kW. The reflectance of the mirror is about 99.8%. The light absorption takes place only within a very thin Al layer ( about 0.1micron). Which means the heat source is not distributed throughout the mirror volume unlike the cases discussed in some of the models library examples (" laser heating of the skin tissue") in COMSOL. In other words, mirror substrate (1cm thick) is heated through the heat transfer from the surface heating of the reflecting layer by laser radiations.

My question is how to specify the boundary condition for radiative flux which goes in heating the sample? Can I put the Heat Source Q=0 in the subdomain setting and instead specify only the heat flux q0 on Al boundary?
I would greatly appreciate your response/comment/corrections.
