Swept Mesh - Cylinders

Does anyone know how to add swept mesh to the outer surronding hollow cylinder as shown in the figure below. I have created a boundary trianglular mesh on the faces of the cylinders, but COMSOL only creates the mesh on the inside cylinder and gives the error "Unsupported topology of linking face" for the outside cylinder. Any help would be appreciated!
