PCF design

I am simulating photonic crystal fibre (PCF) structures in comsol 4 and need access to the variable which holds the solutions (effective index). I want to sweep the operating wavelength. I want to have access to the solutions in matlab .

I want to calculate effective area, confinement loss and draw the dispersion curve.
I will be grateful if someone could help.
