Error occurred when try to open Comsol 4.2 with matlab

The error is as follows

Unable to start the JVM
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
There is not enough memory to start up the java virtual machine
Try quitting other applications or increasing your virtual memory
If you specified memory sizes in a Java.opts file, try reducing them

How to solve this problem?
