Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

hi,

I have done one fiber simulation. It shows good results. But the problem is with one mode it should show effective mode index with e-9i value. But it does not show it however the modes with imaginary part up to e-7 are being shown here. Is there any thing which restricting comsol to go up to 9 digit place. Is it concerned with mesh. Plesae help.

Thanks
Deepak

In the Results window there is a button "Full Precision". It shows many more decimal places.

go to View-Desktop Layout-Reset Desktop. Then in the bottom right corner you will see forth window with several tabs. The button in on the Results tab.

You can print your values in the Results tab by defining them in Derived Values-Global Evaluation.
