How to replace the interpolation function in COMSOL v4.2

Hi,

I set up a model which has an interpolation function based on text file. 33 coefficients for each node are stored up in that text file, and this file is updated in every time step.

This method is slower than I expect. I think the reason would be that I have to read and write a large text file (1.8 MB) in each step.

COMSOL v4.2 is more powerful than v3.5, perhaps there is some method in this new version I never notice. Do you know any possible replacement of interpolation function or text file connection?
