shear stress calculation cannot converge in fluid structure interaction module

Hi Guys,

I have got this issue when calculating shear stress of a 3D fluid chamber. I have tried some meshes and the calculation failed to converge. Is there some setting I did not configure correctly? I've attached the file here. Thanks.
