Inverted mesh point at a point wher virtually nothing is going on.

So I am getting this warning,

Warning: Inverted mesh element near coordinates (-2.84755e-025, -4.9111e-011),

While I am using a very small model of a tube basically with dimentions 100nmx100um, the point mentioned above is in the middle of a area where nothing of importance is happenening and should be essentially at steady state. I would better define the mesh at that area but that I dont think is the problem.

I am modeling electrodeposition in a nano pore so it may and am basically following the copper deposition model with a few minor changes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank
