''Failed to find consistent initial values.' on Time Dependent mode only

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate a high velocity, high temperature air jet simulation on a refractory brick sample. I'm using the Conjugate heat transfer module to see and measure the effect. The simulation runs ok (well, not completely, I have a few errors, but I think those are negligible) on the stationery mode. But whenever I switch to Time Dependent mode, I always get the ''Failed to find consistent initial value" message. I don't know what's causing this because as far as I've checked, all the BCs are properly define. I've also experimented with a few combinations of different mesh types and initial values, but none of that is working. Perhaps someone can take a look at my model and suggest something.

Thanks.

PS: My model was done in COMSOL 4.2
