On the Coupling of Heat Transfer and Flow in Porous Media

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Energy flows into the upper surface of porous materials, and the lower surface of the material comes into contact with heavy oil. Heat is transferred from the upper surface to the lower surface, heating the heavy oil and reducing its viscosity. Under capillary action, the heavy oil rises from the lower surface and fills the interior of the material.Which physical field interfaces should I couple through?
